........ No Smoking ..No sex.....
Indian Goverment they are good in one thing parenting your kids ........ They dont want your kids to see any one smoking in cinema , they just cant stop there can they ..... no sex eduaction too Hounrable minster from UP actualy said this "Nanhe munne bacchon ko condom sikhana hai? (You want to teach kiddies about condoms)?” an aghast Kiran Pal Singh asked yesterday.he didnt stop there he was concerd about culture , he said "No way, it will promote obscenity and destroy the state’s culture.”
UP has a population of of 170 million. UP has 9,052 HIV cases in the state. I guess Kiran feels 9052 is a small number compared too 170 million .... three cheers to Indian helath care

9052 might be the known cases we dont even know our exact population, no of HIV cases haa haaaaaaa it is a big joke.

Point taken.
But curious to know, what in your opinion is the right age for kids to start learning abt safety and such.

While there, educated, sensible youths like you know what to take from movies and what not to. But what of millions who lamely follow 'thalaivar' and his 'styles' [for eg]? Any solutions to help them out? [pls dont tell me censorship doesnt exist in France and so on. Let's be practical ok]

[mind you, I am not entirely on the Govt's side here]
